Reviews
Angela proved to be an excellent guide with extensive local insights into the food and cultural landscape. She created a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The food was generally enjoyable, and at times the wine was surprisingly delightful. I suggest this tour to anyone who appreciates good food and wine.
The guide was friendly and well-informed. The food and wine were enjoyable, though it would have been preferable if they were paired together. It felt a bit strange to have the food served separately from the wine—eating at one venue and tasting wine at another, followed by snacks elsewhere. Wine and food complement each other nicely. I truly appreciated meeting the staff at the various wine tasting locations.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Angela on the urban wine tour, which I organized as a group outing for my Executive team. This was our second experience with Indulge Boise, having previously taken the Capitol City Culinary tour with a similar great experience. The group size of 8 made for an ideal private tour, and despite having lived in Boise for 36 years, I discovered new information about the area. The tour also introduced me to some newer wineries and unfamiliar restaurants, all of which were fantastic. I plan to revisit these places and am already excited to book the Brunch Tour with my family next.
