Boise Whitewater Park

Boise Whitewater Park is a purpose-built facility on the Boise River featuring a series of engineered rapids, designed for both kayakers and paddleboarders. Opened in 2010, the park spans several hundred metres and includes accessible areas for spectators to watch the action amid lush riverside greenery. Come in spring for the best water flow, when the river is at its peak from melting snow. A walk along the adjacent greenbelt provides a scenic view, and the nearby Anne Frank Memorial offers a peaceful space for reflection. Facilities include restrooms and picnic areas, making it a convenient spot for a day out.
