All gear was in fantastic shape, especially the ski boots, which were extremely comfortable. Additionally, Austin provided insights on the ski map, sharing insider tips that enhanced our vacation. Going forward, we'll exclusively choose Black Tie for our ski rentals.
I used Black Tie for the third time last week and they were punctual, even arriving early. I only needed skis since I had my boots, but unlike my previous experiences where they offered multiple pairs, this time they brought just one for me and some incorrect ones for my wife. Ultimately, the ski they provided suited the conditions perfectly. I have tried four different skis this year, and Black Tie's selection was spot on. Although they brought the wrong size for my wife's skis, they found other options for her. She had some issues with her boots while on the mountain, but Black Tie quickly met us at the base with alternatives and helped her get back on the slopes. Their service was fast, and with a 20% off coupon, the pricing was excellent. I can't stress enough how convenient it is to have skis delivered and picked up at home. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

The ski rental team was fantastic. When the airline misplaced our luggage upon arrival Friday night, they came to our aid. We contacted them just as they were closing, and they delivered skis to our door the following morning. Their service was punctual, knowledgeable, and truly commendable. I couldn't have asked for more.
I've previously used Black Tie at other resorts and expected a good experience, but I was disappointed. While the initial delivery and fitting were okay, my wife ended up with skis that were too long, which hindered her enjoyment. The real issues started when I needed to exchange a helmet for my daughter. I was told it would take a couple of hours to get a new one, which was frustrating since we were at the base ready to ski. Fortunately, the helmet I had ended up fitting her, so she could make it to her lesson, but I waited an hour for a replacement before I could hit the slopes. What truly let me down happened on our last day. We rented a condo about half a mile from the base, which isn’t easy to walk with ski gear. We were looking forward to some après-ski time with friends who had just arrived, so I called Black Tie to see if they could pick up our equipment at the base. The response was a flat no, and the customer service from Hanna was disappointing; I felt like I was bothering her. While my friends enjoyed their time, I had to make three trips to lug our ski gear back to the condo and waited for Black Tie to collect it. I recommend renting equipment directly at the base, as they offer free overnight storage and are nearby if any issues arise. Due to this experience, I won’t be using Black Tie again.
The ski rental experience was smooth and efficient thanks to this company. With a group aged 5 to 73, we found their equipment to be excellent and the customer service exceptional. Chloe was incredibly patient during the fitting at our condo, and Kiki was accommodating when one pair of skis was returned early. Kasey also provided great assistance with a boot exchange. We will certainly choose this company again and strongly endorse their services.
