This was another fantastic experience with Zingy Ride. I highly recommend them. Their service from the booking process to the tour day was excellent. The tour is captivating and includes many significant historical sites. Mahdi is an outstanding guide.
Our day trip with Ziad was fantastic. He guided us through numerous historical sites and shared intriguing stories about the region's culture and history. Ziad also took us to key landmarks and local markets, providing clear explanations that helped us appreciate the local life and traditions. It was an excellent experience with Ziad.
I had a great experience learning about Lebanon and its history. The driver was very kind and assisted me with various needs like finding an ATM, giving rides, and communicating.
My guide, Wissam, arrived promptly and communicated well about the day's plans, even providing extra options since I was the only traveler. We first visited the castle in Saida, which offered stunning views of the harbor (entrance fee around 4500 LL), followed by a brief stroll through the Saida souk. Next, we explored the ruins of Tyre (Sour), where the entrance fee was 400,000 LL. The landscape is worth examining, although some wildlife, including lizards and snakes, inhabit the area. The ruins are striking, especially given their proximity to a Palestinian refugee camp. My final stop was the church in Maghdouche, which had a lovely forecourt. Wissam was always attentive and friendly, offering breaks throughout the tour. I never felt unsafe during the trip. Sour and Saida are both beautiful destinations that I highly recommend visiting.
Robin was fantastic—friendly and engaging. I had a wonderful time on my solo tour and managed to see a lot. Thank you, Robin, for an enjoyable day!
Our experience with Ziad was wonderful. He was warm and welcoming from the beginning and showcased his extensive knowledge throughout the tour. Regardless of our questions, Ziad consistently provided us with engaging and well-informed responses. The tour was diverse and exceptionally well-organized. We gathered many fascinating experiences while feeling safe and comfortable at all times. I particularly appreciated that Ziad didn't just share facts; he also told stories and backgrounds that truly brought Lebanon to life. I wholeheartedly recommend Lebanon and this tour as a must-visit. Throughout my journey, I felt secure. I will certainly return. Thank you for the memorable experience.
I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Sidon, Tyre, and Magdouche with great people and our excellent guide and driver, Mr. Wissam.
The tour featured just three participants, exploring archaeological sites in Tyre, the Christis shrine in Maghedouche, and the sea castle and souq in Sidon. Instead of the soap factory, we visited the Debbane Ottoman mansion in Sidon. We managed to have lunch at a nice restaurant with a view of the sea castle, rather than the suggested tent by the busy road. The driver was friendly, though somewhat quiet. A local archeologist guided us at the two sites, demonstrating extensive knowledge. However, similar to other guided tours in Lebanon, the pace felt hurried.
The driver was excellent, and the tour company showed great flexibility. There was plenty to see, and the driver communicated well in English.
My guide Wissam was prompt in picking me up, and we had good communication regarding the itinerary. Since I was the only traveler, he discussed some additional options as well. We first headed to Saida, where I explored the castle offering a stunning harbor view, with an entrance fee around 4500 LL. After a brief stroll through the Saida souk, we proceeded to the ruins of Tyre (Sour), which required an entrance fee of 400,000 LL. It's a fascinating site where you might encounter some wildlife, such as lizards and the occasional snake. The ruins are particularly striking, especially given their proximity to the Palestinian refugee camp. My final stop was the church in Maghdouche, which features a lovely forecourt. Wissam was attentive and friendly throughout the tour, offering breaks when needed. I never felt unsafe, and both Sour and Saida are particularly beautiful destinations that I highly recommend visiting.
