I initially booked this for Friday the seventh, but realized I had actually reserved it a day late since I arrived on Thursday the sixth. I instructed my taxi driver to take me to Menara Roche, but he mistakenly took me to Rouache instead. There, I encountered someone and expressed my desire to take a boat ride. After booking on TripAdvisor, they directed me to someone by the port who offered to let me cancel and book with them, but I insisted on contacting the original organizer. Fortunately, they answered and kindly agreed to come to Raouche to retrieve me, traveling from Manara. Although the initial group tried to pull a fast one, I chose to stick with my original booking. The experience was extraordinary. I cherished every moment, and Jad was exceptionally nice and understanding despite my mix-up. He was very friendly, played Arabic music, and we navigated through Raouche a couple of times before returning to Manara. The boat trip was fantastic, and I would love to do it again if the opportunity arises.
