The service was extremely unprofessional. We inquired about options and were informed of a hotel pickup, but received no contact information and were told that was sufficient. We arrived at the pickup location and waited 20 minutes without any sign of the service or any calls. I found a number online and called; the emergency line was inactive, and the second number implied we were being helped out of goodwill and asked us to wait. When we finally set off, we received a call that did not apologize for the delay but mentioned that they needed to pick up others. It's truly adding insult to injury. This is the worst service I've encountered. NAKHAL seems like a third-world company, and I wouldn’t recommend booking with them. If you have no choice but to use them, lower your expectations significantly.
This tour was fantastic! Fadi was an exceptional guide—very friendly and knowledgeable about everything regarding Lebanon. The drive was smooth, communication was excellent, the sites were breathtaking, and the food was tasty. I highly recommend it.

The tour was enjoyable, featuring an excellent guide. The lunch was generous with plenty of meat. We also tasted good wine at Ksara Chateau, and their store offers reasonable prices. Baalbek is truly magnificent.

Baalbek offers an extraordinary experience, and the other locations visited were equally impressive. The sights were fantastic, and our driver was excellent with a new vehicle. Baalbek is a remarkable archaeological site filled with captivating history. Our driver Albert was exceptional—knowledgeable, helpful, and had a friendly and humorous demeanor.
The sights were incredible but were overshadowed by a reckless driver speeding at 130 km/h, which made the van feel like a cement mixer on the winding roads. Our guide displayed unprofessionalism and bore a boring demeanor, and her disrespect towards Islam and Muslims at the Umayyad Fortress in Anjar was particularly upsetting. After that, I chose to ignore her commentary. However, the food was delicious. I will definitely want to return to Baalback and Anjar for a better experience.
