3Sailing catamaran tour that will allow you to admire the historic center of Polignano a Mare with its caves, Lama Monachile with its characteristic Borbonico bridge. There is at least one stop that will allow you to swim and during which you can enjoy an aperitif of typical Apulian products.

Our company offers its guests a visit to the coast and sea caves of Polignano a Mare departing from the new tourist port of Polignano, Cala Ponte. Sofia's hosts, expert navigators and connoisseurs of the area, with their smile and kindness will accompany you to many of the most enchanting views of the coast and to small hidden coves, perfect places for swimming, snorkeling or simply sunbathing.
6We will depart from Bari at 08:30 for a day exploring three jewels of the Valle d’Itria. Polignano a Mare is a coastal town famous for its cliffs and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The historic center, with its narrow streets, arches, and flower-filled balconies, overlooks beaches like Lama Monachile. We will stop here for 2 hours. Ostuni, the “White City,” stands on a hill with spectacular views, and its historic center is a labyrinth of narrow streets where houses whitewashed with “lime” create a unique atmosphere. We invite you to take advantage of the 2.5 hours available to taste typical local dishes. Finally, Locorotondo is renowned for its circular center, white houses adorned with flowers, and the “cummerse,” typical sloping roofs. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of vineyards and olive groves, famous for local white wines. We will stop in Locorotondo for 2 hours. After a day full of discoveries, we will return to Bari (Polignano at 18:00) at 18:30.
