The tour of Lake Minnewanka was a stunning experience that went beyond just seeing other popular spots like Lake Louise. Our guide, Kenji, was engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. As seniors, we valued the limited walking distance and enjoyed watching the breathtaking scenery pass by, while the children seemed to have a great time as well. Safety was a priority aboard the well-kept boat. One memorable moment was a peaceful stop where we could fully appreciate the surroundings in silence. The only downside was not venturing further along the lake. Visiting during the shoulder season allowed for easy parking near clean restrooms.

We traveled by bus from downtown Banff, but there was ample parking for those who drive. I highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting Banff.
