We got there early for our tour, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The trip started with a brief bus ride to the Icefield Explorer, where we met Mitch, our professional and knowledgeable driver who made the journey enjoyable with his humor. Standing on the Glacier was truly impressive. After that, we went to the Sky Walk, offering stunning views and an amazing experience. All staff were helpful and friendly throughout. This tour comes highly recommended—thank you.

We enjoyed an incredible day on the Ice Odyssey package at Columbia Icefield. Our driver Andrew and guide Grace were fantastic, providing valuable insights and helping us take memorable photos. After that, we visited the Skywalk, where Ella offered an informative tour and was also very friendly while assisting with our pictures. Overall, it was a wonderful day, made even better by the excellent staff.

Our family had a fantastic time on the ice explorer and the bus rides to and from the skywalk. We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather in May, ideal for enjoying the stunning views under sunny, clear skies. Harry, our tour guide on the ice explorer, was outstanding and truly enhanced our experience. It was an unforgettable day for me and my three children.
