This activity was fantastic for our family. We gained insights about the horses, the region, and the snow-covered trails. The farm, located in Banff, was easy to access; we drove and parked there. At the end of the ride, we enjoyed a warm drink by the cozy fires.

Our bucket list experience turned disappointing. I took my daughter for a special outing, but we were a bit late (still ahead of the specified departure) and were informed of the policy, leading us to turn back to Calgary. It was really disappointing, especially since there was no refund offered.

The horses were friendly and calm. I highly recommend this for a serene activity in Banff. We plan to try the 2-hour tour next time. Thank you once again!

The experience in Banff National Park was a standout moment for me. The trail winding through the tall spruce trees and alongside the river was exactly what I had hoped for. The pricing, the duration with Tucker, and the scenic views were ideal. However, I felt disheartened for the young woman behind me who was clearly anxious on her more spirited horse, and it seemed Rumour was picking up on her distress. Unfortunately, Naomi, a staff member at the back of our group, showed little understanding. During the last 10 minutes, I found myself trying to keep Rumour and his rider composed, while she finished the ride in tears. This situation should have been avoided.
This was an outstanding experience suitable for everyone, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. The operation is exceptionally managed, with friendly staff and well-trained horses, perfect for my husband’s first ride. The guides are very knowledgeable, sharing insights about the area, wildlife, and landscapes. Grace was particularly impressive. I highly recommend this activity.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our French-speaking guide even adjusted the hike to accompany us in French. It was a fantastic experience. The horses are calm and navigated expertly, and the views were stunning the entire time.
