What an incredible day we had! Rio Bali Tours picked us up from our hotel right on time in a clean vehicle, embodying the best of Balinese hospitality. Upon arrival at the venue, we were guided to lockers to securely stow our belongings, and even during rafting, staff provided a waterproof bag for our phones. We started with the quads and then went rafting, so it's wise to bring a change of clothes since you'll get wet. There are showers available, ensuring you can leave feeling refreshed. The staff was fantastic, constantly making us laugh throughout our time there. As this was my first experience with quad biking and rafting, I appreciated the thorough safety briefings and support. I never felt unsafe at any point, and the quad tracks were perfect for beginners. The rafting experience offered stunning views; I found myself admiring the scenery as we floated along the river—it was truly breathtaking!
