The tour began nearly two hours behind schedule. Typically, drivers arrive early, so when ours was late without any communication, I called and learned about an accident that prevented the driver from coming. They shifted our vehicle from the requested Sprinter to a stretch limo, which was inconvenient for my elderly in-laws and parents. After much back and forth, I threatened to cancel, but they assured me I wouldn't be charged. Eventually, they claimed the Sprinter had arrived, but it turned out the driver was at the wrong address. My group waited outside for about 20 minutes, which was tough given their age. When Albert finally arrived, he was very kind and apologetic, and while the day was disordered, we enjoyed our afternoon. However, given how much we paid for a private tour, I believe some compensation is warranted, considering we didn’t receive the expected tour experience with commentary on landmarks. Additionally, when I reached out for support, the help from customer service was lacking as I was just referred back to the limo company, which didn’t solve anything. I’m uncertain about using this service again as I don’t see its benefits.
We had an excellent time together. We visited many locations, but our driver William stood out as exceptional—polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout our journey.

Our experience with Khan, our driver, was fantastic. The Sprinter van was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had the flexibility to see everything we wanted (within reason), which allowed us to take amazing photos and truly enjoy the trip.
The driver was very punctual and accommodated our requests for waiting. Additionally, he was very helpful in assisting our grandparents when getting in and out of the van.
