This was an excellent birthday gift for my 12-year-old son, who truly enjoyed the experience. I strongly suggest adding the "high flying feature" for an extra $21.99; my son declared it his favorite part. It was an amazing experience, and parents can observe their kids indoor skydiving through a glass tunnel. The instructors were great as well. We loved everything about it.
The experience was quite disappointing. We encountered an unfriendly staff member during check-in. Although my grandson enjoyed the flights, he didn't go high on the extra "high flight" I paid for. I chose not to ask for a refund to keep the experience positive for him, as he knows how to maintain the correct body position for those flights. Our visit last year was much better; this time, I felt pressured to spend even more on extras and future flights after already paying $170 for just 3.5 minutes of air time, which felt like a rip-off. After this experience, I doubt I will return. The aggressive sales tactics made both me and another mother there very uncomfortable.

It was a unique and somewhat intimidating experience at first; my helmet was too loose, requiring us to pause for a smaller size. We celebrated our 32nd anniversary and enjoyed flying high, but the video was quite brief (only 20 seconds) and didn't capture that moment. Overall, it was enjoyable and a great addition to my bucket list.

My husband and I celebrated his birthday with the beginner package of two flights each. Since we visited during the week, we were the only ones there, allowing us to receive a personalized lesson from our instructor, Alex. The staff was positive and enthusiastic, creating a warm and exciting atmosphere. Although each flight lasts about a minute, it feels much longer while you're in the air. My husband chose to upgrade to the higher flight for his second turn and had a great time. We appreciated the GOVX discount for first responders, and the flight prices were about $25 less per person compared to the Gaithersburg, MD location. We would certainly consider returning, thanks to the wonderful and supportive instructors and staff.
