• Nearby public transport options are accessible. • Infants must sit on an adult's lap. • Not suitable for individuals with spinal injuries. • Not advisable for pregnant individuals. • Not recommended for those with cardiovascular issues. • A moderate level of physical fitness is necessary for travelers. • Confirmation will be provided within 48 hours of booking, depending on availability. • It is important to note that satellite phones or GPRS devices are prohibited in specific Protected and Restricted Areas in Sikkim and the Darjeeling Himalayas. • A current valid passport/visa and four passport-sized photos are required at least one month before the tour date. • A minimum of two participants is needed for each booking. • Not recommended for senior citizens.

If cancellation occurs at least 6 complete days prior to the scheduled departure, a full refund will be issued. Cancelling between 2 and 6 days before the departure will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled departure will not be eligible for a refund.
