What should I know before booking?+
• Nearby public transportation options are accessible. • Infants must be seated on an adult’s lap. • Not advisable for those who are pregnant. • Individuals with poor cardiovascular health are discouraged from participating. • All levels of physical fitness can participate. • Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of booking, depending on availability. • Important notice: carrying any type of satellite phone or GPRS to Protected and Restricted Areas in parts of Sikkim and Darjeeling Himalayas is prohibited. • A valid passport/visa and four passport-sized photos are needed at least one month before the tour date. • A minimum booking of two people is required.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancellation made at least 6 full days prior to the scheduled departure will result in a full refund. Cancellations between 2 to 6 days before the departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund.
How does pickup work?+
The driver's name and contact number, along with vehicle details, will be provided after the tour date is confirmed.
