• It is advised to start at the olive grove, where you can appreciate the local flora and fauna related to olive farming and gain insight into the products offered. This site is located at the Guadalquivir watchtower, close to Úbeda and Baeza, both recognized for their significant architectural heritage designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. • Following that, with the guidance of an expert in olive oil farming, we will travel along a two-kilometre rural pathway to the ecological olive grove where the activity will occur. Upon arrival, the guide will provide a thorough understanding of olive oil culture, detailing the process that begins with olive cultivation and culminates in the production of the valued liquid gold. Additionally, there will be an explanation of the distinctions between the organic olive grove and conventional ones.
