Reviews
Excellent water park that offers a wonderful family-friendly environment.
Our trip to Waterworld was fantastic, especially since we were with friends and family. After visiting various theme and water parks across Europe, we found the slides to be excellent, and the beach beds and umbrellas were ideally located. The food met our expectations, a refreshing change from other parks that compromise on quality. The staff were friendly as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.
The start of summer for me always means a visit to the Waterworld Waterpark. Each activity offers a unique experience, and it’s a fantastic chance to unwind fully before the busy season begins. The restaurant provides great value for the money, and you can also rent towels if you forget yours.
I want to share our genuine experience after our visit to WaterWorld in Ayia Napa. As a family that has been to numerous waterparks worldwide, we can confidently say that this one is the best. Everything surpassed our expectations from beginning to end. The food was exceptional, which is often not the case at theme parks, and it greatly enhanced our day. However, what truly impressed us was the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic, creating a wonderfully positive atmosphere for everyone. We had such a great time as a family, and this is a memory we will cherish for a long time. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. We will certainly recommend WaterWorld Ayia Napa to others and look forward to returning in the summer.
We had an incredible time! The atmosphere was very safe, and the staff was extremely friendly. There were lifeguards present throughout, which was comforting when feeling nervous about the rides.
We had a fantastic day filled with laughter and wonderful family moments. It was accessible for our children aged 3 and 6, although some slides had height restrictions of 1.05m and 1.40m. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and the park was nearly empty in April.
I had an incredible experience at WaterWorld Themed WaterPark. The slides were excellent, the park was very clean, and everything was well organized. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe throughout the day. I highly recommend it for a fun outing.
The staff were hostile and aggressive as closing time approached, rushing customers to leave. The park felt outdated and was not very clean. The changing rooms were cramped and only had curtains for privacy without doors, while the lockers for personal belongings were located outside. I was very disappointed with the place overall.
This is the best waterpark I've ever visited. The rides are fantastic, and the size of the park is impressive. I would definitely return. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
The visit to the park was very disappointing. At the point of ordering and payment, staff laughed at us, which felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. Generally, the employees were unfriendly. The slides were intermittently closed, offering very little to do. In the self-service restaurant, the displays appeared unappealing—either empty or containing food that looked like it had been there for a while. It was also quite unhygienic to see staff biting their nails while serving customers. Additionally, key areas of the park were shut, including Homer’s Burgers, which won’t open until next week. Many amenities were unavailable and, according to the photographer at the entrance, there were only about 20 visitors present, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. I understand there’s a promotional offer for a free return visit, but that doesn’t make up for this experience. We paid €130, entered the park at 11:30, and left by 14:06 due to our disappointment. Lastly, we bought a photo upon entry, but upon returning home, we found it was just a printed sheet, which did not meet our expectations. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience that offered no value for the money or time spent.
