Our guide, Demi, was exceptional; her passion and expertise truly transformed a good day into an outstanding one. We visited small family-run wineries that offered some fantastic wines.

We were transported from Protaras in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus, making for an enjoyable journey. Mimos, our driver, and Georgina, our guide, were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the day, contributing to a relaxed, informative, and enjoyable tour. We explored three stunning wineries, each offering distinct experiences with delicious, high-quality wines at reasonable prices. The hosts were welcoming and clearly passionate about their work. Lunch was also a standout – a generous array of local dishes and products that provided an authentic taste of Cyprus. Overall, it was a fantastic day full of wonderful wine, food, and great company. I strongly recommend Cyprus Taste Tours for anyone wanting to delve into the island’s wine culture in comfort.
The full-day wine tasting experience was incredible. Thank you to Cyprus Taste Tours and our guide, Demi. We visited three wineries in the Troodos Mountains and enjoyed a fantastic Cypriot lunch at a local tavern. The food was exceptional, and we sampled around 20 different wines that were both enjoyable and tasty. The insights shared by the local winemakers were informative and to the point, which I appreciated. There was an option to purchase the wines we tasted, but there was no pressure to do so. Overall, I highly recommend this experience.

It was an outstanding experience with a small group of six plus our guides, Helena and Mamas, who were both friendly and efficient. The trip was well-structured. We visited three distinct wineries, each sharing a passion for their craft. Before lunch, we went to two wineries and enjoyed an amazing local meze, with included wine and water. As someone with celiac disease, I appreciated Helena's attention to detail in checking each dish and providing gluten-free bread. After lunch, we moved on to our final winery. We had a fantastic day, sampling around 18 different wines. The stories behind the wines and the families who created them were inspiring, showcasing the power of humility and determination. A big thank you to Helena and Mamas. We look forward to returning.
This was truly an excellent full-day tour. Our guides were informative and personalized, making the experience enjoyable for our group of three couples. We appreciated the small group size, which led to engaging discussions among a diverse mix of nationalities. The door-to-door service was convenient, with timely pick up and drop off. Lunch was excellent, complemented by ample quality table wine. The tour provided valuable insights into the limited wine production in the region. We visited three wineries, showcasing both modern and older wine styles, which was a good balance. We enjoyed a pleasant walk around a village, opting to explore with the guide. If I were to nitpick, I would suggest a wider variety of wine styles, particularly in oak usage, as the showcased Cypriot wines leaned heavily on new French oak. Nonetheless, it was still a great tour that offered a solid understanding of the local wines. I highly recommend this experience, as it lasted around 11 hours from start to finish.
