This boat excursion was fantastic, especially for children. Seeing the underwater sights was exciting, and the swimming location was enjoyable. The diving platform was also a nice addition.
The experience was decent, but it may not be suitable for families. We arrived at 9:30 for the 10 o'clock departure as advised, but found no available under canopy seating and ended up sitting in the direct sun until we left around 10:10-10:15. More shade would be beneficial if early arrival is encouraged. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, and the cruise featured some great sights. However, some guests appeared focused solely on drinking, which was inappropriate for a ‘Nemo’ themed boat ideally meant for families. These individuals spent their time staggering around the deck and frequently ordering drinks, creating an unpleasant environment for others. While everyone has the right to enjoy themselves, this cruise should cater to its family audience. Overall, it was a good trip despite some disruptive guests, and the submarine portion offered clearer views through the portholes compared to other tours. The staff were commendable throughout.
The captain was chaotic, and many passengers felt unwell because of it. We only swam for 15 minutes in just one location, and they neglected to take us to one of the promised spots. It was overcrowded as they took on too many people.
We had an excellent experience and felt it was well worth the money. The 2.5-hour duration was truly enjoyable for us.
It was a pleasant trip with timely departures and ample space on board. However, there weren't many fish visible underwater. The staff were very friendly, and it was nice to have the option to take photos with the captain.
