Full-day 4x4 tour through the Troodos Mountains—traditional villages, swimming at a lagoon, and stops at historic sites included.
This full-day jeep safari explores the scenic Troodos Mountains, taking you through quaint traditional villages and offering opportunities to interact with locals in their coffee shops. Highlights include a visit to a 17th-century chapel, the stunning Machera Monastery, and an old copper mine where you might even find gold and crystals amongst the stones.
The tour features free time to swim at a beautiful mountain lagoon if weather permits, alongside a stroll through the museum village of Figardou. An optional lunch is available at a local tavern. The adventure culminates with breathtaking panoramic views from the highest peaks accessible only via a 4x4, and a stop in Lefkara, known for its charm and craftsmanship. Note that the itinerary may vary slightly during winter months from November to March.

The trip was fantastic and met my expectations. However, I would have preferred to spend less time at Fikardou village—about two hours felt excessive—and more time in Lefkara, where there's more to explore and enjoy. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
This tour offers a fantastic glimpse into authentic Cyprus. We were collected from our hotel and visited several locations, including a stop to observe flamingos and two stunning monasteries. The lake swim was delightful, and the scenery throughout the day was breathtaking. Don't forget to bring cash for morning drinks, but there was an ATM available in the village. Lunch was enjoyable, and we had an afternoon stop for drinks in Lefkara, where we explored numerous shops selling jewelry, lace, and souvenirs. Our guide was excellent and provided informative insights all day. The only downside was the limited space in the back of the jeep, so bringing just one bag is advisable for more comfort.
The jeep tour was incredibly enjoyable, filled with excitement and unique locations throughout Cyprus. Our driver John truly stood out as exceptional. Best wishes from the six Germans.
I had a fantastic experience. It was a full-day trip where we swam, walked, and took breaks for meals. The guide was very pleasant. I definitely recommend it wholeheartedly.
This was an incredible experience for my son and me, ranking as one of our favorite trips. We enjoyed the fun atmosphere, stunning views, and beautiful natural surroundings away from the crowds. The itinerary was well thought out, and swimming in a secluded spot was a highlight. Our guide was very knowledgeable, offering in-depth information on topics we were curious about. We gained a lot of insight into Cyprus. Thank you, and greetings from Poland!
The tour navigates through the mountainous regions of Cyprus. While the mountain lake was scenic, its depth has diminished due to insufficient rainfall. Lunch takes place in a quaint village. Unfortunately, there wasn't much off-roading. The winding mountain roads can be challenging, and our driver often took the curves too quickly. During the ride, the rear door of the Jeep unexpectedly opened twice—once just minutes after leaving the hotel in a turn, and again on the highway at high speed, almost causing us and our bags to tumble out. When we voiced our concerns, the guide initially suggested we could be unloaded but later agreed to switch our Jeep after multiple explanations about safety issues, especially since the rear seat belts were inoperative. The Jeep was crowded with six adults, three children, and the driver. After such a rocky start, the overall experience lost its enjoyable spirit. Overall, I did not find this trip to be worthwhile and would not choose this tour again.
The enchanted lagoon was not visible at all. We stopped at three tourist locations and only spent one hour at a bathing area without seeing a lagoon. The Jeep tour lasted four hours for the round trip. Overall, it felt underwhelming, and it seemed more practical to drive ourselves. Disappointing.
The jeep ride was quite bumpy at times, so it's important to ensure that the seat belts are secure before embarking on the journey. For me, the standout moment was visiting the monastery at Machairas.
The guide was very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed a guided tour along a lovely trail. I highly recommend it, as the kids had an excellent time.
A wonderful opportunity to discover this stunning island, led by an exceptionally knowledgeable guide who shared valuable insights. I strongly suggest participating in this experience.
