We had an incredible girls night out on this tour with three of us in total. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was great to interact with fellow tour-goers. Everyone, from the operators to the locals at the bars, was friendly and accommodating. Our evening began with snacks and welcome drinks, and the tour operators ensured we were well taken care of throughout, from pick-up to drop-off. This is a safe and enjoyable way for anyone to have a good time. We appreciated the smaller group size, which suited us perfectly, and the comfortable bus provided a nice break from all the dancing between bars. Exploring Rarotonga’s nightlife with local guidance was a fantastic experience. Our guide, Tiki, was energetic and fun. The highlight was definitely the "Viana" club, featuring a beachside location, great DJ, dance floor, refreshing cocktails, and plenty of space to relax. The only drawback was visiting some less lively bars managed by friends and family, which were a bit rundown.
We had an incredible night and enjoyed the company of others on the night bus. If you're visiting Rarotonga, definitely consider booking a night bus tour. A big thank you to Dominique and Kevin for their warm hospitality.

Our night exploring Rarotonga's nightlife was incredible. We appreciated the smaller group bus from Going Troppo as opposed to the crowded Rehab party bus. The tour guide and drivers were fantastic, ensuring we were safely transported from our accommodation, making the whole experience unforgettable.
This experience was highly disappointing. There was a problem with our booking, and even after providing confirmation details, we waited at the pickup location for more than an hour and a half. Throughout that time, we contacted customer support multiple times and received rude and unhelpful responses, being told the bus was “5 minutes away” when it clearly was not. After waiting so long, we ultimately decided to give up, missing half of the experience. Later, we learned we weren't eligible for a refund since the driver eventually arrived, but he never stopped at our designated pickup point and drove right past us. Three of us searched for the bus down the road without success. Now, we find ourselves fighting for a refund despite the entire issue being their responsibility, having not received the service we paid for, and the driver not stopping for us. We paid for an experience that we never had because of their poor management, and it is incredibly frustrating that we are now compelled to pursue a refund. I would strongly advise against using this company.
The Troppo bus was a fantastic experience. We made new friends at every stop, and the staff were attentive, ensuring we all had a wonderful night filled with fun.
