Codi was fantastic; her knowledge of the local food and barbecue scene was impressive. She also shared fascinating insights about the history of each place we stopped at. Cody served as our guide, and she was both friendly and well-informed. We tried various dishes that we likely wouldn’t have chosen ourselves. While all the locations were great, the standout experiences were at La Barbeque and Parish.

Experiencing incredible Texas-style meats was a real delight. The selection included pastrami, lamb, duck, and more. Cori was very informative and managed to navigate the town expertly, despite marathon traffic. We also had the chance to meet a pit master.
