I booked this tour because it stated that “good weather is required.” However, despite steady rain, the tour went ahead. When I inquired, I was told they only cancel for lightning, which contradicts the listing. This is quite misleading. To make matters worse, they were uncooperative afterwards, showing no flexibility or effort to resolve the issue. There are many other kayaking options in Austin; I recommend choosing one that clearly communicates their policies.
