You will be picked up from your chosen pickup location and then head towards the Ajanta Caves, located 100 kilometers away from Aurangabad. The journey will take around 2 hours, with an optional stop for tea or coffee along the way. A visit to the Ajanta Caves will require about 3 hours. The Ajanta site contains 30 caves that date back from the 2nd century BC to the 5th century AD, which were once part of a Buddhist monastery carved into the rock. After your visit, you may also take a break for lunch at a recommended restaurant before returning to Aurangabad. • Day 2: Excursion from Aurangabad to Ellora Caves, Grishneshwar Temple, Daulatabad Fort, and Bibi ka Maqbara, before returning to Aurangabad. Begin your day early to explore the Ellora Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its ancient rock-cut temples and monasteries. The time required for this visit is roughly 2-3 hours, depending on your pace. • Next, visit Grishneshwar Temple, which is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines devoted to Lord Shiva, allowing approximately 1 hour for worship and exploring the temple. Lunch Break Enjoy a lunch break at nearby local restaurants or eateries that serve regional dishes. • Continue to Daulatabad Fort, which is notable for its impressive defensive architecture and its historical importance.
