The driver will drop you off at the Ellora caves. • Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to explore the remarkable Ellora caves with a licensed guide. The site features three types of caves dedicated to Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The Ellora caves, constructed between the 6th and 10th centuries AD near the historical village of Ellora, showcase exquisite sculptures and carvings that depict key mythological stories from Hinduism, including the Ramayana and Mahabharata. This UNESCO World Heritage site stands as one of Maharashtra's most frequented ancient monuments, with an exploration time of about 3 to 4 hours. • The Daulatabad fort was once the capital of India in the 13th century, but the Tughluq ruler later deemed it unwise to change the capital, earning him the nickname "mad king." The fort features intriguing dark passages and the notable Chand Minar. • After lunch en route (at your own expense), you will visit the most iconic monuments of the Mughal capital from the 17th century, a structure built in the name of love.
