What should I know before booking?+
• Infants and young children may use a stroller or pram. • Suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. • A child rate is applicable only when accompanied by two paying adults. • An adult must accompany children at all times. • Specific dietary needs should be communicated when making a reservation. • Check-in or start times will vary based on the traveler's flight schedule. • The experience concludes by 12 PM on the third day. • Pickup and drop-off will be organized according to the traveler's flight times. • Early check-in before 2 PM and late check-out after 11 AM are dependent on room availability.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancellation made at least 6 full days prior to the scheduled departure will result in a full refund. If cancellation occurs between 2 and 6 days before departure, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled departure will not receive any refund.
How does pickup work?+
Pickup is available from either Aurangabad airport or the railway station.
