Identification will include someone holding a sign with your name on an A4 size card that also displays the company name. - Hotels: Pickup occurs from the lobby, where the driver will meet you near the reception area. - For cruise passengers: Pickup is from the cruise terminal, and you should meet at the out gate, which can be accessed via a free shuttle bus service that takes about one minute from the terminal. - For cruise ship passengers needing wheelchair access: All pickups will be conducted at the cruise terminal. - Airport: Pickup is from the arrival terminal's out gate. - Railway station: Pickup takes place outside your train coach; you must provide your train details, including the coach and seat/berth number. - Residential: Pickup occurs directly from your doorstep. Return transport is provided to your hotel's doorstep, airport, or train station.
