This glamorous Italian tradition is loved all over the world, and this is your chance to learn how to prepare it for yourself, the perfect souvenir. Preparing the perfect aperitivo is an art; you will learn how to prepare a selection of five elegant nibbles to pair with with a refreshing glass of fizz, ideal for sharing with friends in the early evening. Your aperitivo will be a bite-size representation of its local culture, using typical regional ingredients and local wines, such as a sparkling prosecco or a light red. 3I am a local wine maker and owner of a winery. I was born here in one of Italy's most famous wine regions in Piemonte. I offer private and personalized wine tours from Milan. My tours will give you the chance to explore some of Italy's most genuine and authentic wineries. I have turned my passion for making wine into teaching and sharing my love of wine with people from all over the world.

5This is a unique wine experience designed to help you truly understand the Langhe region and its wines, guided by a local winemaker and winery owner. During the tour, you will explore the landscape and discover how different soil types, vineyard exposure, and grape varieties influence the wines of this part of Piedmont. Particular attention is given to how viticulture has evolved in recent decades in response to climate change. The experience continues with visits to local wineries, where you will meet the producers, walk through their cellars, and learn about their production techniques. Of course, the tour concludes with tastings of some of the region’s most distinctive wines, shared directly with the people who produce them.
6Enjoy a guided tour of the Palace of Venaria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning Baroque architecture. Meet your guide outside the ticket office of the Palace of Venaria and begin your exploration of the historic residence of the House of Savoy. Be amazed by the elegant and luxurious Baroque interiors of the palace. Walk across the enchanting Hall of Diana and admire the splendor of the Great Gallery. Continue to the Church of Sant'Uberto and the well-known Bucentaur. Admire the spectacular Fountain of the Stag in the Court of Honor. Throughout the tour of the palace, learn more about the history of the Savoy dynasty who once lived there, and the palace's subsequent uses throughout the centuries.

Explore this palace and you will admire the real Baroque art. While strolling around, be amazed by the elegant and luxurious furnishings preserved. Furthermore you will walk across the enchanting Hall of Diana made by Amedeo Castellamonte as well as you will be suprised by the Great Gallery. Be prepared to make your best pictures of it! Continue your guided tour to the amazing complex of Juvarra: be amazed by the church and the well-known Bucentaur and the spectacular Fountain of the Stag in the Court of Honor. Do not miss the unique chance to make a jump into the past throughout the history of the last Italian Royal Family of Savoy.
9A unique adventure that will take you to discover the wonderful hills of the Langhe, on board an electric Vespa, ecological and silent. You will set off on a suggestive itinerary that will make you fully experience the atmosphere of this region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will stop in some of the most fascinating villages of the Langhe, each with its own character and history: Verduno, La Morra, famous for its majestic view of the valley Barolo, cradle of the famous wine Monforte d’Alba, with its medieval village, Serralunga d’Alba, Grinzane Cavour, seat of the castle linked to the history of the famous statesman Camillo Benso di Cavour. The highlight of the tour is a visit to the renowned Azienda Agricola Marrone* (subject to availability) in La Morra. Here you will be welcomed for a guided tour of the winery, to discover the secrets of wine production and the history of the family. The visit will end with a delicious lunch, with traditional local dishes paired with the best wines from the cellar.
10Immerse yourself in a private dining experience at a local's home, enjoy an exclusive show cooking and taste authentic recipes from Barbaresco treasured in family cookbooks passed down by real Italian Mammas.
