It was a privilege to experience 'The New Klamath.' The whitewater was both thrilling and demanding, with our guides, Dane and Ian, skillfully navigating each rapid. Dane will be remembered in our family as the master of the rocky labyrinth. Typically, the guide does most of the work on an oar boat, but we valued the chance to paddle actively through the rapids instead of just sitting back and being carried along. We wholeheartedly endorse Indigo Creek and this specific trip. Go enjoy the adventure!
Our group of family and friends enjoyed an exhilarating three-day adventure on the newly restored section of the Klamath River, accompanied by skilled boatmen from Indigo. We encountered thrilling rapids and breathtaking, unique landscapes unlike anything we’ve seen before, despite our extensive river experience. Besides the excitement, the journey provided intriguing insights into the Klamath project. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled. The food was tasty, and the cozy stay in a spacious, comfortable house on the second night was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this trip.
We recently came back from an amazing journey on the "New Klamath" with Indigo Creek. Every aspect was exceptional, from the thrilling rapids to the intriguing history of the river and the recent dam removal, along with the diverse birdlife, delicious meals, and comfortable tents. Having followed the dam removal's progress, we were eager to witness this newly free-flowing river for the first time in a century. This is a unique experience. Don't think twice; reserve your spot. Be ready for stunning scenery, tranquility, and exciting water adventures with skilled guides.
Ian was an excellent guide, and we felt completely secure in his care. The trip was stunning and truly enjoyable. I've already suggested Indigo Creek to my friends.
Will, Ian, and Nick were excellent guides during our trip down Kikacéki, the newly navigable section of the Klamath River. The scenery was breathtaking, and the guides were both informative and captivating. I highly recommend this experience and look forward to another adventure with Indigo Creek.
This was my fifth or sixth adventure with Indigo Creek, and they consistently deliver an outstanding experience. The white water is thrilling, the scenery is stunning, and the staff is exceptional. I will always choose Indigo.
This experience was truly amazing. Our guides, Ian and Dane, along with Yak managing the supply boat and Dan providing the shuttle, prioritized our comfort and safety while expertly guiding us down the Klamath River. The rapids offered a fun challenge, the accommodations surpassed expectations, and the constantly shifting scenery in the newly accessible section of the river was stunning. The gourmet meals were top-notch, accommodating my vegetarian diet beautifully, leading to three days filled with unforgettable moments. It was an outstanding adventure.
We organized our annual company trip with Indigo Creek Outfitters, taking three rafts down Wards Canyon. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience for our whole team. The guides were outstanding, working tirelessly from dawn until dusk and displaying unique personalities like many river guides do. On the first night, we stayed in a spacious riverside house where we relaxed in the hot tub with cold beers and charcuterie—such a treat after being on the water all day. Dinner was a delicious affair with salmon, asparagus, and more, all prepared by the guides. The team bonded late into the night, just as I had hoped when planning the trip. The rafting was breathtaking. It felt special to see the river flowing freely after the recent dam removals, and I especially loved Wards Canyon. There’s a thrilling spot where the river drops sharply, reminding me of a theme park ride. I chose Indigo because Will prioritizes more than just the business aspect; he truly cares about the land and river, a passion evident in how he operates his trips and in the quality of his team. Having worked with various outfitters over the years, I can honestly state that Will runs the best operation I've experienced. You will not be disappointed.
This company is truly exceptional and deserves the highest recommendation. I've gone on several trips with them, and they consistently demonstrate excellent organization, a strong focus on safety, and delicious food. They are always my top choice.
I strongly recommend Indigo Creek! This is my third time rafting with them, and each experience has been with a different exceptional guide. Their trips are both enjoyable and informative. I also suggest exploring the newly navigable areas of the Klamath River!
