This effort resulted in a truly remarkable and enchanting environment. • A family-run winery known for its personalized service provides an array of wines sourced from the volcanic soil, including Listán Negro, Moscatel, and Malvasía Volcánica, which is the standout crop, though each family imparts its individual flavor. • This winery boasts significant production capabilities, being one of the largest in the region, and offers breathtaking views of the volcanoes along with dining and retail facilities. • A traditional Canarian restaurant offers tapas and volcanic wines dating back to 1890, serving as one of the most genuine destinations for culinary heritage. Brunch includes a selection of tapas. • This delightful family-owned winery, which retains historical features, will transport us back to the 1800s, reflecting the lifestyles of the local residents. • Stratvus is a preferred winery and will serve as the highlight of our tour. The property was renovated in 2008 by a family of farmers and winemakers producing not only exceptional wines but also a diverse range of dairy products like yogurts, curds, and various cheeses.
