I had never experienced sinking yet felt no fear at all. The staff was extremely attentive, allowing you to either hold onto the buoy or venture out alone, with one of the swimmers constantly checking on you. They also offer videos captured on a GoPro along with the option for professional photos at an additional cost. It was simply amazing, and it's hard not to be moved by such beauty.
