I booked a tour for May 26/27 and arranged my flights and hotel based on that. However, the day before the tour, I learned from Cali Tours that it was canceled. They mentioned a prior message stating the tour would require at least four participants, but I received several confirmation emails from TripAdvisor after that, prompting me to choose a pick-up location. Despite my attempts to contact Cali Tours, I struggled to reach them until they advised me to use WhatsApp, which is when I found out the tour would not happen. It's disappointing that coordination was so poor, leaving me to wonder how the actual tour would have been.
