Reviews
Fannia was exceptional right from the start, reaching out the day before our tour to check in. Upon meeting her, she genuinely engaged with us, asking about our prior experiences and interests, emphasizing that the tour would highlight less touristy spots. Throughout the experience, she maintained a great connection with us. We were fortunate to attend ‘The party of the Pig’ during our tour, allowing us to partake in a truly local event, and Fannia even provided us with local treats to enjoy. She was a delightful guide who introduced us to the hidden treasures of Annecy.
My stay in Annecy was brief, but the walking tour effectively showcased the town's charming old parts. I booked on short notice, and my guide Benoit was both friendly and knowledgeable. November was quite chilly, but it was still an excellent opportunity to familiarize myself with Annecy.
The one-hour duration for exploring Annecy felt too brief, which leads me to give it a 3 out of 5. The guide was friendly and well-informed, but it would have been helpful if he had carried a sign or some form of identification to indicate he was our guide.
Heidi was exceptional—she dedicated ample time to explain and showcase various aspects of Annecy. I highly recommend her as your guide.
Our tour with Aude was fantastic. Annecy is absolutely stunning and a destination you can't miss. Aude shared plenty of information in an engaging way that kept even our kids interested. I strongly recommend the two-hour tour, as an hour simply isn't sufficient.
The guide was delightful and well-informed, but I rated the experience a 3 due to the cost versus what was offered. Paying £145 for an hour for three people felt excessive, and I anticipated learning much more for that price. With more reasonable pricing, this tour could easily be a 5-star experience, especially since that amount was for a small group, not a private tour.
The guide was a nice woman, but she only shared three facts about Annecy during the 90-minute tour. When we asked related questions, she couldn't answer them. I'm very disappointed in the recommendation for this tour.
Our guide, Fannia, was both kind and knowledgeable. The tour was excellent and perfectly suited our desire for a local experience. She also shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sights to explore afterward.
Heidi was fantastic! She took us to all the top spots in Annecy.
Benoit is a fantastic guide who made our experience enjoyable with his fun personality and deep knowledge of the city's intriguing history. The tour had the perfect duration and distance. As first-time visitors to Annecy, we found it an ideal way to get acquainted with the city. I would suggest this to anyone and strongly endorse Benoit as a guide.
