Extremely disappointing. We expected a genuine escape game in Annecy but instead got a basic track game with puzzles in the streets. There were no actors or interactions, and the price is far too steep for what it offers. Moreover, the puzzles didn't relate to the surroundings. For instance, we were told about a florist while on a street that had nothing to do with that theme. We anticipated using elements like facades or architectural details downtown, but none were incorporated, leading to a lack of immersion. The organization needs improvement as well. We booked in advance for a specific time, but learned the day before that we could start at our convenience. Upon arrival, there was no one to welcome us or outline the experience, which felt unprofessional. Lastly, the stated duration is misleading; expect more of a 2.5-hour walk instead of the suggested 2 hours, making it feel long and exhausting. Given Annecy's exceptional setting, there was potential for a unique and immersive adventure, but we felt we overpaid for a simple and uninspired track game.

My child loved the magical game theme, especially in the charming medieval setting of Annecy. He preferred this activity over a smartphone to the lakeside walk with my husband.
