Our e-MTB booking for my teenage son and me on Monday morning was canceled by the operator the evening before at 6:30 PM, offering us a slot on Wednesday instead. We were leaving on Tuesday, so that didn't work for us. They had our reservation for 2.5 days, and we were ready for the trip when they abruptly canceled. The business hours listed ended at 5 PM on Saturday, so it's unclear why they waited until Sunday night. I didn’t get a response to my inquiry until mid-morning on Monday. This disorganization ruined our plans and let my son down. They shouldn't have advertised a time slot that wasn't available, and I can't comment on the actual MTB experience since we never got to go.
My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed an electric mountain bike tour on Semnoz. Our guide Antoine was excellent—patient and cheerful, even during the unavoidable chain issues. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend it. Thank you!
