Customer support from TripAdvisor was excellent, but connecting with the walking tour app was a frustrating experience, as it is separate from TripAdvisor.
I attempted to secure this tour ahead of time, but it expired. It seems you must use it within 24 hours of booking, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. I'm very disappointed and cannot recommend this tour.
