It's important to understand that this service is primarily for transportation rather than sightseeing. The crew was highly professional and successfully delivered us to our destination. I truly commend the entire team, including the captain, for salvaging what could have been a disastrous vacation when I mistakenly booked our return for the wrong date and time. The captain and a crew member went into town to ensure we didn't miss our ride back, and their kindness was greatly appreciated. Plus, we enjoyed fresh water from Bridal Veil Falls.
