The 90-minute fjord boat tour was wonderful. I opted for the longer tour instead of the 60-minute option, choosing the 5pm departure. A tip: locate the audio guides early, as we weren't informed of their location until we stumbled upon the stand. It was pleasant to have indoor seating with windows due to the ever-changing weather.
I highly recommend this experience for its unique and timely journey with spectacular views. The only downside is that not all the helmets offer clear audio.
I accidentally reserved this tour in Geiranger rather than Eidfjord the day before. When I asked the tour guide for a refund, my request was denied. Even though I reached out beforehand to explain my mistake, there was no valid reason to refuse my refund, especially since the tour wasn't fully booked.
The audio guide provides a wealth of fascinating information. I highly recommend this experience and would gladly take this ride again. There are excellent opportunities for photographs.
Geiranger and its UNESCO-listed fjord are truly captivating from land, water, and air. Take one of the boats between Geiranger and Hellesylt to fully appreciate its beauty.
The tour matched the description perfectly. We visited waterfalls and enjoyed seating options both inside and outside. This was a better choice than the fast zodiac boats, which left many feeling uncomfortable and cold. There was ample space to move around and plenty of chances to admire the fjord.
I was unable to get to the departure location in Geiganger due to a closed road and the lack of a ferry from Hellesylt. As a result, I missed the tour and received no refund. In such unusual circumstances, either tickets should not be sold or alternative arrangements should be made. I cannot recommend this.
We boarded the Fjord Sightseeing Tour by Boat in Geiranger after our cruise ship docked. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience, and I captured at least 100 photos. We had a wonderful time, and the weather was perfect.
The sailing experience on the Gerianger Fjord was truly remarkable, providing a peaceful and stunning view in perfect sunny weather. The crew was delightful and shared wonderful stories throughout the journey. I will certainly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to experience the fjord from the water.
