Reviews
The journey was enjoyable, with the guide sharing fascinating stories throughout the route, leading us into the snow and back to the eagle view. Our bus driver remained calm and composed on the narrow roads.
This was a fantastic tour that was much more affordable than the same offering from the cruise line. The bus pickup area could benefit from better signage, but it was easy to find according to the description and map. In a small area, I confirmed with one of the bus guides that I was in the correct spot. Our narrator, Sam, provided just the right amount of information without being too chatty, and our driver expertly handled the narrow and winding mountain roads. The weather was great, allowing us to enjoy all the sights the tour presented, which were truly stunning. A few additional minutes at each stop would have been ideal, but there was still sufficient time to appreciate everything. I was apprehensive about using Viator for the first time, but everything was straightforward, especially with the full payment close to the tour date and the option for late cancellation. I will certainly consider Viator for my future travels.
The selected locations were excellent, offering stunning views and ample time at each site. The information provided about Norway was fascinating, and there was no excessive marketing.
The bus tour was well-organized and featured a picturesque drive, ideal for those familiar with bus trips. There were several stops at stunning viewpoints, providing ample chances to take photos.
Incredible tour with stunning views that are truly unforgettable. Our driver Lila and guide Anna were both fantastic.
A last-minute issue with emissions from our cruise ship prevented us from visiting Geiranger, as authorities did not permit the ship to dock. I attempted to contact the company but received no reply. It's essential to ensure your insurance covers potential port cancellations and loss of excursions.
Stunning views and an excellent tour guide made this experience truly worthwhile. It was undoubtedly the most breathtaking location we encountered in Norway.
This tour was fantastic and reached incredible heights. The view from Dalsnibba was breathtaking. Kira, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable—thank you for a wonderful experience.
The tour itself was enjoyable, with beautiful sights, but the stops were too brief and needed more time. I chose this because it was advertised as a “Small Group” tour, but instead I found myself on a large motorcoach, which was disappointing and not as described.
Getting off in Hellesylt, you board a bus that takes you directly to Geiranger, traveling through some fantastic locations. You'll encounter extremely narrow roads, conifer forests, stunning vistas, and the largest glacier in Europe before arriving at the magnificent Geiranger Fjord. It’s a full day well spent for just a few cents.
