Excellent tour with a guide who was very helpful and informative. The timing was ideal, allowing us to align with our cruise ship's port schedule.
The tour was highly professional, and the company provided timely updates regarding any changes. The visit to the Troll Wall was both informative and scenic. Additionally, the price was reasonable and much cheaper than the cruise line's excursion. We left from the dock and returned to the ship exactly on schedule.
The scenery was beautiful, and the guide provided a wealth of information. She adjusted well to the weather conditions during the trip. The pre-trip email details were excellent.
The driver and guide were outstanding. However, I experienced some confusion at the beginning of the tour due to disorganization. We couldn’t hear the names called for the second bus and were told we were on a crowded bus, only to then be informed it didn't matter which bus we took. It was all quite perplexing. Eventually, we settled at the front with our friends, but then were asked to move for a late-arriving passenger with a disability. While I completely understand the need for accommodations, it seems a seat should have been set aside in advance for her. Do your reservations inquire whether a handicapped seat is needed? Or was she perhaps supposed to be on a different bus? Additionally, providing a bus number in the confirmation would be helpful. It would also be great if reservations could confirm travel companions, as our friends were initially booked on a different bus from us. I do appreciate the 30% discount given for the delay caused by traffic, which led to the elimination of a planned stop.
This tour was fantastic. Laura was lively and well-informed about the region. She managed the traffic delays calmly, and the team provided a credit since we couldn't see one of the sights due to unforeseen circumstances. The area was stunning.
Great excursion from Andalsnes. It was much more affordable than the onboard options and just as enjoyable. We returned in plenty of time for our cruise's departure.
The drive up the troll road was outstanding. The driver provided great explanations and navigated excellently. Although fog limited our visibility, we made the most of it by walking on the observation deck. Despite getting stuck in a traffic jam, our skilled driver managed to handle the situation effectively, showcasing impressive driving.
The bus tour was outstanding, conducted by a skilled driver and an attentive guide. The guide, a student who has been in Norway for several years, shared extensive knowledge about local life and the attractions. Unfortunately, our journey was delayed because of stalled vehicles, which led us to miss some of the planned sites. However, the tour company kindly refunded part of our payment to compensate for this inconvenience, even though the delay was not due to their fault.
Dani was excellent—when our ship arrived at a different pier, he reached out to us to arrange a new pickup and came to get us at the updated location.
The tour was quite beautiful, enhanced by perfect weather. The explanations provided were excellent and easy to grasp. My only issue was that the church tour didn't happen, even though we were informed that we would pass by it.
