The visit to St. Basilica was called off the night before, leaving me disappointed. Additionally, I was unable to redeem £6.50 in REWARD points for my subsequent Colosseum tour booking, despite my efforts. I wouldn’t recommend this tour operator.

The tour guide's limited English proficiency significantly affected our experience. Despite having enjoyed many excellent tours on our trip, this one was our least favorite. It was difficult to understand, included too much irrelevant information, and felt excessively lengthy.
The tour was enjoyable overall, but my main issue is that they tend to overbook, making everything feel very crowded. With temperatures around 100 degrees, being so close to other sweaty individuals wasn't pleasant. Tour operators should consider capping the number of participants per tour.

St. Peter's Basilica is truly stunning and absolutely worth a visit. I have no regrets about choosing this option; the sights are impressive.
