I participated in a 2-hour boat tour that exceeded my expectations. The captain was friendly and provided clear explanations in both Italian and English. The small group of just 10 people created a pleasant atmosphere. Even during the short tour, we had opportunities to swim offshore and enjoy sparkling wine. Although I had visited most places around Conero before, this was my first experience exploring it from the water. I truly enjoyed the outing.

The boat ride was stunning, offering two opportunities to swim. It would have been exceptional if we could have disembarked at a beach, but the captain mentioned it's prohibited for motor boats to approach.
I arranged for an English tour, but the guide only spoke Italian and didn't make any effort to accommodate us. I had no idea which beaches we saw. Additionally, we shared a single bottle of prosecco among nine glasses, which was quite meager for nearly 60 euros per person.
The experience was decent overall, but the snorkeling gear provided fell short, with only two or three masks available for ten participants. The aperitif was disappointing, consisting of a juice box for kids, a shot of sparkling wine, and a small packet containing just 5 or 6 onion taralli. Considering the package cost over 60€ per person, I anticipated a more generous offering. On a positive note, the views of the beaches from the boat were indeed beautiful.
We had a fantastic experience on the water. Captain Marco was exceptionally attentive. It was a delightful day, and I can fully endorse this outing.
We received no information about needing to bring ID to the port, and the experience was dull, primarily consisting of looking at cliffs and beaches.

The communication between TripAdvisor and the local provider was disastrous. At 11:20 AM on September 19, I received a message from TripAdvisor confirming the tour and providing a ticket download link. However, later that evening, I got an email from the organizer stating that the tour was cancelled. My understanding of professionalism and customer service differs significantly from this experience.
