The driver will collect you at the meeting point (hotel lobby or arrival hall at the airport) and then travel directly to Petra in a new air-conditioned vehicle. Travel time: 3 hours. Pass by: Wadi Musa City Center, through Tourism Street, arriving at Petra Visitors Center, followed by a visit to the ancient site. Located 145 miles (235 km) from Amman, the visit starts with a walk through the SIQ, a narrow pathway that was formerly the main entrance to the city. This impressive, long, deep, and narrow gorge showcases stunning natural beauty. Duration of visit: 6 hours. Ending point: Amman City or Queen Alia Airport. Upon completing the visit, the driver will pick you up from the drop-off location for the return journey. Return travel time: 3 hours.
