After visiting the Triveni Sangam, proceed to the Sleeping Hanuman Temple. • The Sleeping Hanuman Temple features a reclining statue of Lord Hanuman in a sleeping posture. It is situated close to the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and the mythical Sarasvati rivers, known as the Sangam, which holds great religious importance in Hinduism. • The Allahabad Fort boasts large walls, towers, a temple, and a significant palace. It has three entrances for entry and exit. The palace's interior showcases artwork from Hindu and Muslim traditions. Inside the fort, there is an underground temple accessible via a small entrance on the eastern wall. The well-known Akshayavat tree is located near the Patalpuri Temple, along with a 10-meter-tall Ashoka Pillar, erected in 232 BC, inscribed with the decree of Emperor Jahangir. • Established in 1870 to commemorate Prince Alfred's visit, the park spans 133 acres. The ambiance of the park conveys a sense of respect and nationalism, making it a distinctive spot to visit. • Anand Bhawan is a historical house museum in Allahabad, previously the home of the Nehru family. Acquired in the 1930s by Motilal Nehru, this grand mansion witnessed the lives of figures such as Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi. Later, return to Varanasi with lasting memories.
