The city tour I took in Algiers was the best I've experienced in Africa. My guide Yousra was exceptional; her enthusiasm was infectious and her knowledge of Algerian history was impressive. We explored the Casbah in English and savored delicious traditional Algerian cuisine. The entire four-hour experience was fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour. She was amazing with the kids, ensuring everyone enjoyed the tour. As someone who isn’t fluent in French, I appreciated her guidance afterwards—she even took my hand to help me navigate through the crowds directly to the metro. I highly recommend this tour.
The tour guide failed to show up and did not reach out to me. I tried messaging the tour operator for an update but received no reply. After waiting for 30 minutes, I informed Viator, who promised to follow up with the operator. Now, six hours later, there has been no response from the tour agency. I find this company to be unreliable.
It was just beautiful, with a warm welcome from Mouad and a perfect dinner. Douira was excellent, and I must mention Samira, the guide, who was outstanding. Highly recommend.

We had lunch at the homestay since the restaurant was unavailable, and it was a lovely private terrace setting.
