To receive a full refund, cancel no less than 24 hours prior to the planned departure time.
How does pickup work?+
Pickup is available at designated points in Palma. Cruise passengers should be back to their ship by 17:45 at the latest. Additional pickup locations in Palma are offered. Pickup from Fincas and the Tramuntana Range is not available. For any uncertainties, please reach out prior to making a reservation.
