• Pickup will occur at your hotel in Ahmedabad for the drive to the Little Rann of Kutch, approximately 112 miles away. Kutch is the largest district in Gujarat, characterized by the coexistence of 18 tribes with unique languages, cultures, and customs. This rugged, salt-encrusted landscape showcases nature's extremes. Observe the salt production process in the open salt pans that dominate the area, which contributes over 60% of India's total salt output. A lunch break is planned at the Royal Safari Camp, Bajana. After the meal, a jeep safari will take place in the Indian Wild Ass Sanctuary, which is the last habitat for the remaining population of the chestnut-hued Indian Wild Ass. Different from many wildlife sanctuaries in India, this reserve features arid landscapes with dry grasslands suitable for the native animals. The tour concludes with a return drive to Ahmedabad, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
